As long as your devotion to black is less than eight, Exodia, the Forbidden One is not a creature.
At the beginning of each players upkeep, place an Exodus counter on Exodia, the Forbidden One. At the beginning of your post combat main phase, if you have twelve Exodus counters on Exodia, the Forbidden one, you win the game.
