Fblthp, Always Wandering

At the beginning of each end step, a player chosen at random gains control of Fblthp.
At the beginning of your upkeep you may put target non-land permanent you control on top of your library. If you do, you may put target creature you don't control on top of its owners library.
Being totally lost isn't as bad as it turns out to be.
