Flame Knight

Flame Knight deals damage to creatures in the form of flame counters.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, each creature that player controls deals damage to itself equal to the number of flame counters on it.
{x}{x}{r}, {t}: Flame Knight deals X damage to target creature for each flame counter on it.
