Flames to Ashes

Destroy each nonland permanent of a chosen name. Search each opponent's graveyard, hand, and library for all cards with the same name as that permanent and exile them. Then each player shuffles his or her library.
If Flames to Ashes would be put into a graveyard from anywhere, exile it instead.
