Creatures you control with +1/+1 counters on them have "{t}: Add {g} to your mana pool."
Whenever a creature you control with a +1/+1 counter on it deals combat damage to a player, add {g} to your mana pool. Until end of turn, mana produced by creatures you control doesn't empty from your mana pool as steps and phases end.
