Target player discards their hand, at the beginning of your next turns upkeep, you lose the game.
During your upkeep, before you lose the game, you may pay {4}{b}{b}, if you do, exile Frantic Loss from your graveyard, when you do, your opponent draws seven cards and you don't lose the game.
It is only in that one moment, when staring death in the face, that one experiences true fear.
