As long as you have 30 or less life, Frigg, the Foreknower isn't a creature.
Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under your control you may either scry 2 or gain 2 life.
If an untapped token creature you control would be destroyed you may tap it and put a +1/+1 counter on it. Token creatures you control with counters on them have lifelink and "When this creature attacks scry 1."
