Frozen Time

When Frozen Time enters the battlefield, each player picks white or blue.
Face down cards they control or own in
exile are enchantments of the chosen color. Those cards lose all abilities and other card types.
On each player's upkeep, they flip a face up card they control or own in exile face down.
