When you cast this spell, each player sacrifices a creature.
At the beginning of each combat, you may sacrifice another creature. If you do, each opponent loses life equal to that creature’s power. If you don’t, exile Garfield and each opponent sacrifices a permanent.

Whenever a creature dies, if it wasn’t sacrificed, Garfield, Waste Disposal perpetually gains +1/-1.
