Gatewatch Gathering

When Gatewatch Gathering enters the battlefield, you may search your library for a planeswalker card and put it into your hand, then add a loyalty counter on each planeswalker you control.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player may add a loyalty counter to target planeswalker.
