At the beginning of your upkeep if you control a non-token creature put a counter
onto Gather the Dragon Balls. Then if there
are 7 or more exile Gather the Dragon Balls
and search your library for a planeswalker named, Shenron, Wish Dragon and put him onto the battlefield. Then shuffle your library
