+1: Put a +1/+1 counter on target land you control. If that land is not a creature, it becomes a 0/0 Elemental creature. It's still a land.
-2: Search your library for a basic land card, put it onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle your library.
-10: Put four +1/+1 counters on each land creature you control. You get an emblem with "Elemental creatures you control get +1/+1."
