When Ghost of Velmount attacks, you may
exile target card from your graveyard. If you do,
put a +1/+1 counter on Ghost of Velmount.
Ghost of Velmount gains Lifelink until end of turn.

When you gain life, you may put a decayed counter on target creature. Remove the counter at the start of your next upkeep. (A decayed creature has "This creature can't block. When it attacks, sacrifice it at the end of combat.")
