Gifts of Moonsilver

Whenever you cast a nonlegendary artifact spell, any number of other players may put a token onto the battlefield that's a copy of that artifact. If a player does, put a token onto the battlefield that's a copy of that artifact.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if you control twenty or more artifacts, you win the game.
