Glorious Graffiti

You can't cast Glorious Graffiti unless every card on the playing surface is sleeved.
While Glorious Graffiti is on the stack, players cannot rearrange their cards.
Buy a spray can. Raise the spray can at least three feet above the playing surface. Spray the playing surface for no more than 5 seconds. Any sleeve that has spray paint on it must be thrown away.
