Goblin Dentist

{t}: Choose target Ogre creature you control, then flip a coin. If you win the flip, that creature gains first strike and indestructible until end of turn. If you win the flip, sacrifice Goblin Dentist and put a +1/+1 counter on that creature.
Goblins are like teeth for ogres - they either want them working perfectly, or not have them at all.
