Whenever a creature dies, if didn't have a death counter on it, put it onto the battlefield under your control with a death counter on it instead of putting it anywhere else.
Creatures with death counters on them are Zombies and loose all abilities.
Sacrifice three creatures with death counters on them: Exile target permanent
Sacrifice three zombies: Remove a death counter from target creature.
