Reach, defender, Grounds that which Flies gets +1/+2 for each creature with flying.
When Grounds that which Flies enters the battlefield, it does X damage to each creature with flying where X is your devotion to green. If Grounds that which Flies leaves the battlefield, it cannot be returned to the battlefield.
