Milady!- At the beginning of your upkeep, put an Icy glare counter on target creature, plainswalker or player. Players and permanents with an Icy glare counter on them gain ward X where X is this creature's power.

Technical Hit- If this creature deals damage to a player or permanent with a counter on it, double that damage.
