Harvest Time

At the beginning of your upkeep, pollinate, then proliferate. (Choose any number of target permanents and/or players with counters on them, then, for each target, give a counter of a kind on that target to another permanent and/or player then you choose any number of permanents and/or players with counters on them, then give each another counter of a kind already there.)
