Whenever a permanent you control becomes defiled, draw a card.
Defile 5 — Whenever exactly five cards are put into your graveyard from anywhere, if Hastyr isn't defiled, it becomes defiled. As long as it's defiled, it's a God in addition to its other types.
When Hastyr becomes defiled, target creature gets -X/-X until end of turn, where X is the number of cards in your hand.
