You choose the outcome of all random events. (This does not include coin flips.)
If another player would choose how to separate cards or permanents into piles or would choose a pile of cards or permanents, you choose for them.
Whenever a player casts a spell with modes, you may pay {2}. If you do, you choose new modes for that spell and that spell's controller chooses new targets for it.
