At the beginning of each upkeep, create a 0/1 black Human creature token.
{x}{b}{b}{b}: Demand X (Target opponent sacrifices up to X creatures. Then, sacrifice up to Y creatures, where Y is X minus the number of creatures that opponent sacrificed. For each creature you sacrificed this way, that opponent loses X life and you gain X life.)
