When Ichor-born Sword enters the battlefield, each player gets X phyrexis counters.

When equipped creature attacks, it gets +X/+X where X is the number of phyrexis counters defending player has, then you proliferate.

Equip — Remove three phyrexis counters from each player, or pay five life and discard a black instant or sorcery.
