{t}: Until end of turn, target creature you control gains Relentless (If the creature would leave the battlefield, if it doesn't have a Fate counter on it, instead put a Fate counter in it).
The Viviere are known to not take sides in conflicts between the Cities. Most soldiers won't shoot at one, believing that one day they may have need of their very special service.
