Illusion of Paradise

All permanents are indestructible. Players can't lose life.
Illusion of Paradise comes into play with ten time counters on it. Whenever a player casts a spell, remove a time counter from Illusion of Paradise. When the last time counter is removed, destroy all permanents and deal ten damage to each player.
