Infernal Bargain

When Infernal Bargain enters the battlefield, choose one:
-Exile all planeswalkers.
-For each planeswalker a player controls, that player chooses one loyalty ability. As long as you control Infernal Bargain, each player can only activate the chosen loyalty abilities.
