When Influencing Fanatic worships a creature, other creatures you control gain worship and worship that creature if able.
(This effect lasts indefinitely.)
Whenever damage would be dealt to a creature worshipped by Influencing Fanatic, instead distribute that much damage between creatures worshipping it.
