Inkblot

Enchant Permanent
Remove Inkblot from it's card protector and put in inside the card protector of target permanent you don't control. That permanent becomes an Inkblot for the remainder of the game and does nothing.
At the end of the game, if Inkblot was not returned to you, some other guy owns it now.
Why is this sleeve empty?
