When Inner Rainbow enters the field, place X Rainbow Counters on it where X equals the number of basic land types you control.
When a Creature you control gains a Redemption counter, it gets one more.
{t}: Creatures you control get +0/+X until end of turn where X is the number of Rainbow Counters on Inner Rainbow. Activate this ability only when you could cast an instant.
