Whenever a creature you control deals combat damage to another creature, tap that creature. It doesn't untap on its controller's next untap step. If you have six or more cards in your hand, other permanents you control have Hexproof.
Discard a card: Put an X/X blue Illusion creature token with Flying, Vanishing 3, and "This creature's power and toughness are each equal to the number of cards in your hand."
