Jeleva, Spellsworn

When Jeleva enters the battlefield, exile each players hand and the top X cards of each players library, where X is the amount of mana spent to cast Jeleva.
Players may play land cards exiled with Jeleva. Players may spend mana as though it was any color to cast cards exiled with Jeleva. If a player would draw cards, that player exiles that many cards from the top of his or her library instead.
