When Jihael, Undead Broker enters the battlefield, you become the banker.
Whenever an opponent sacrifices a treasure
token, that player chooses one —
•Create a treasure token.
•That player gets two debt counters. (At the
beginning of each player's end step, that player may
pay {x}. If they do, they remove X debt counters.
Then, if they have at least one debt counter,
they lose one life.)
