Journey to Orazca

At the beginning of your upkeep, target creature you control explores. (Reveal the top card of your library. Put that card into your hand if it's a land. Otherwise, put a +1/+1 counter on that creature, then put the card back or put it into your graveyard.)
Whenever a creature you control explores, put an exploration counter on target land you control. Then, if a land you control has five or more exploration counters on it, transform Journey to Orazca.
