You cannot cast Joy if you have any Blue or Black permanents.
Joy cannot attack or block.
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a +1/+1 counter on joy if you gained life last turn. If you lost life last turn, put a -1/-1 counter on it. Then remove all counters from joy and put them on each other creature you control.
