Julius, Heart of Justice

Julius, Heart of Justice enters the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it for
each creature you control.
Whenever a creature you control is dealt damage, you may remove a +1/+1 counter
from Julius, Heart of Justice, if you do Julius, Heart of Justice deals damage to any target equal to it's toughness.
