Indestructible, Protection from colored spells

When Kaguya enters or attacks, put an apathy counter on target creature an opponent controls. It loses all colors and abilities and has base power and toughness 1/1 for as long as it has an apathy counter on it.
When a creature with an apathy counter on it dies, return it to the battlefield under your control with a finality counter on it.

When Kaguya dies or is put into exile from anywhere, return her to the battlefield tapped.
