Kahli isn't a creature as long as another creature is on the battlefield.
Kahli enters the battlefield with a Sanity counter on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a Sanity counter from Kahli, if you cant then destroy all creatures target opponent controls. When Kahli deals combat damage to a player put a Sanity counter on it.
