Whenever you cast a storm spell from your hand, put a Lightning counter on Karnia, Chaos Form.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may tap Karnia, Chaos Form. If you do, you may cast a Storm spell from your graveyard with converted mana cost of X or less, where X is the number of Lightning counters on Karnia, Chaos Form.
