+2: Target player puts the top three cards of his or her library into his or her graveyard. If you are the target player, you may draw two card.
-3: Until end of turn, you may cast a spell from target graveyard without paying its casting cost. If you do, exile it as it resolves.
-8: Shuffle your graveyard into your library. Each opponent loses an amount of life equal to the number of cards shuffled this way.
