: whenever you cast a spell you may remove X loyalty counters from kellek instead of paying it's mana cost, X is equal to it's converted mana cost
+1: look at any player's hand, that player may discard a card of your choice, if they don't prevent all damage dealt to kellek until your next turn
-7: Repeat 7 times, choose a permanent you dont own, it's controller may sacrifice it, if they don't put 2 loyalty counters on kellek and draw a card
