Sacrifice a creature: return target creature from the graveyard to the battlefield that it's converted mana cost is equal or less than the sacrificed creature's converted mana cost.
Whenever a creature is returned from the graveyard to the battlefield, put a +2/+2 counter on Kiratias, Soul of Hunger.
