: At beginning of your turn, you may put a loyal counter on Koga. If you don't, create a timeline. Can be your commander.
-1: Put target permanent you control into another timeline. They have protection from everything until end of turn.
-10: Choose a timeline. All permanents in that timeline are put into its owner's library bottom.
