Whenever a creature you control dies, put a desperation counter on Lievi, Paragon of Loyalty.
Then, if there are 4 or more desperation counters
on it, exile it and return it to the battlefield transformed.
Lievi, Paragon of Loyalty gets +1/+1 for each desperation counter on it.
