Look at each player's hand. Choose a card to exile from each player's hand, and shuffle the exiled cards. At the start of your end step, deal an exiled card at random to each player. Mana of any colour can be used to cast these spells.

Distribute up to X Tipsy counters between opponents you control, where X is the number of opponents.
