Loving Spouce

During each of your end phase your opponents will call out friend or foe. They will gain the following effect during their next upkeep.
•Friend: They are allowed to scry 1.
•Foe: They must discard a card to declare an attack this turn

Betrayal: If a Friend cast a spell that targets either you or a permanent you control you may exile one instant or sorcery from their graveyard and during your next turn you can cast it. You can use any kind of mana to pay for it's cost.
