It cannot be attacked or defend.
Lucio has 2 modes - Speed and Health. Depending on the current mode, place a Speed/Health counter on Lucio. In Speed mode, all cards you control gain first strike. In Health mode, all cards you control gain a heal factor of +1 per turn. You cannot heal past maximum health.
