Creatures your opponent controls entering the battlefield are entered tapped.
At the beginning of each opponent’s upkeep, that player must tap an untapped creature they control. If they can’t, they discard a card.
Whenever an opponent discards a card or taps a creature outside of combat, you may have that player lose 2 life.
