Machinations of the Timekeeper

Machinations of the Timekeeper enters the battlefield with 12 countdown counters on it.

Whenever a creature dies, remove a countdown counter from Machinations of the Timekeeper. When the last counter is removed this way, each player loses life equal to the number of creature cards in their graveyard. Then put 12 countdown counters on Machinations of the Timekeeper.
