the battlefield from outside the game. When it leaves the battlefield, remove it from the game.
Lieutenant-As long as you control your commander, Maelstrom Oracle gains
"{t}:Until end of turn, whenever you cast a spell without paying its mana cost, you may pay {g/u}{u/b}{u/r}. If you do, draw cards equal to half of its converted mana cost, rounded up."
